As a user of the Sodai Lagbe app, you have full control over your personal data. The Privacy Policy grants you the right to access, correct, object to the use of, and erase the data maintained by the service. Sodai Lagbe provides two primary methods for you to delete your account and associated personal data.
1. Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)
You can permanently delete your account and all related data directly from within the Sodai Lagbe app at any time. This action will remove and isolate your data from our servers.
- Open the Sodai Lagbe app and go to the Menu.
- Navigate to your Profile.
- Select the Delete Account option and follow the prompts.
2. Deletion via Email Request
If you are unable to use the in-app option or wish to request specific data changes or deletion, you can contact the Sodai Lagbe support team via email.
Compose an email clearly stating your request and send it to: info@sodailagbe.com.
